THIS IS A BUGGY, UNCUT VERSION OF SMORGASBORD REFRESH

YOU NEED TO INSTALL THIS BEFORE SMORGASBORD AND REMIX
(This is due to how GMod handles addon priority, and this addon will function incorrectly if it is overriden by Smorgasbord or Remix.)

original cut version of smorgasbord refresh (overhaul)
not entirely finished, sorry

this was an overhaul of Smorgasbord and its weapons while also including some new ones.

THIS OVERRIDES SOME SMORGASBORD FILES! AS SUCH, IT WILL CONFLICT!

a lot of this wasnt finished and i dont plan to continue it, so i just took the finished and most important bits and put those out instead
