Welcome To The Black Parade

A Manual Installation mod that reskins Marching Band members clothes and the song they play for the "Welcome To The Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance. (Friend Requested)

Manual Installation tutorial

1) Subscribe to the mod
2) Launch the game and wait for mod to download
3) Go to Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\3363668862 folder
4) Grab the folders "Music" and "Textures"
5) Then drop them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete (Postal 2's local files folder)
6) Replace the Files
