The Mermaid - New Enemy for Cove

From the porous halls of the Cove to the fathomless depths of the sea echoes the bewitching songs of the Mermaids. Not too dissimilar from the Siren in appearance, though their origins are vastly different, these Delphinoid seductresses lure sailors and shoreline travelers alike to a watery grave and their pick their bones clean. Despite the enchanting power of their voices, they quite cowardly by nature and never attack directly unless given no other choice and fleeing soon after regardless. Because of this, some Mermaids have formed a loose symbiosis with the Pelagic residents of the Cove to slay any human invaders and split what flesh remains between them, though this does not stop them from feeding on their fledgling spawn at the soonest opportunity.

=====Overview=====

Based on the Mermaids from Dungeon Meshi, these demi-humans function as backline disruptors, constantly forcing heroes out of position while inflicting stuns and debuffs. Despite these strengths, they do very little in the way of damage or stress and are reliant on other enemies to capitalize on the advantages she provides.

I've also updated the Laios mod to give you a hidden reward for reenacting the famous scene.

Yes, the singing sound effects do go on for too long, but I felt it was better for them to fade out over that much time as it sounds more natural. This does mess up the timing if you have the fast combat mod installed, but with base game timing it works out just fine.

I was debating whether or not to label Mermaids as Eldritch or Man/Beast since they're half-dolphin instead of half-fish, but I figured if Jellyfish and Snails also count, they should too.

She has animation data for a 3rd song that's currently unused, I might bring it back for meme reasons.

At one point, Slap & Submerge was going to give Stealth on use, you can see how that would be an issue.

For the record, the copypasta I used for the bonus meme was one of the tamer ones, you don't want to see the ones I found on that Vietnamese Cryptid Sighting Forum.
