Customizable weapons

Description
Lets you Customize Weapon Properties

How to use:
Open the context menu for the weapon and click "Adjust Weapon Properties." Then either click "Adjust Cartridge" or "Adjust Firearm" and select the desired variable you want to change.

How to use custom projectiles:
Click "Change Projectile" in the context menu, then enter the name of an object that is in the game. The name is displayed in bold white letters above the info text for the object. You must match the exact capitalization.

Currently Functional for:
- Firearm
- Blaster
- Machine Gun
- Ray Cannon
- Projectile Launcher
- Mod weapons with the properties above

You can also change these things for most weapons:
- Bullets Per Shot
- Fire Delay
- Fire Interval
- Semi-Automatic/Automatic
- Disable Shell Ejection/Enable Shell Ejection
- Recoil
- Shake Intensity
- Automatic Interval

You can adjust the cartridge for some weapons, allowing you to change:
- Damage
- Penetration
- Recoil
- Start Speed
- Impact Force

If you find any bugs or have improvement ideas, please let me know.
Important: The mod is currently not compatible with the 'Weapon Size Affects Its Power' mod by Ibiglaser

for some reason it doesnt save even tho i uninstalled the weapon size affects its power mod

It's good but the penetration does not follow the damage

Would be cool if there was a mod that universally made bullet penetration more realistic with humans,sometimes staying inside them instead of coming out the other end.
