All Random Altars

Allow altars of all deities to spawn randomly in the field. In the base game only major deities can spawn their altar in the open world, so deities like Moonshadow or Trickery will never naturally spawn altars in the open world. This mod fixes this by removing the major deity only restriction. Please note this currently probably won't affect dungeons.
