In our joint efforts modding the game and trying to stretch the limits of what can be done in Stellaris, the Glacorian Development team has run into its decent share of hard-coded roadblocks.

We recently discovered that players hotjoining a multiplayer game are unable to join as any empire created through an event. This includes rebel empires, or origin-related empires. Strangely, however, when an empire dies, they can continue play as one of these event-created empires. Like some of the roadblocks we have encountered, we have been able to put together some workarounds, and this mod is one of the workaround answers to this specific roadblock.

This mod adds a special origin for players to pick that will destroy their empire 1 day after gamestart, allowing them to continue play as any event-created empires that are being used in a special scenario game.

Important to note is that this workaround is only going to work for 1 session, and attempting to rehost a second session, you won't be able to rejoin the event-created empire. Use wisely.
