Remove Faction restriction of god artifact traits.

Hmm it may actually work, it just doesn't display it on the weapon itself. Switched faiths from Ehekatl to Kumiromi and I can still put on her dagger and then see the +fishing faction effect show on NPC skills

没事了，貌似只是显示的时候会显示两次，实际是只生效一次

神器的穿戴者会获得两次神器的势力buff，一次是正常的势力buff，另一次是装备本身给了与势力buff相同的buff，按理来说应该只有一次才对吧

游戏更新后好像出bug了，pc打不出任何伤害

@芝士牛魔 GanExtendDisplay改了显示，任何想改相关显示的都会被gank，我这边改下兼容，让有相关覆盖的跟旧版一样显示绿色好了
