Description


SIGINT reports that a high-value soviet operative is onboard a Kilo-class SSK attempting to transit the English Channel, while a commandeered merchant vessel being used to ferry stolen classified US technology passes through under the guise of civilian traffic. The USS Norfolk, a Los Angeles-class SSN is positioned in their path, and tasked with ensuring neither make it through the Channel

This missions sees you command a sole Los Angeles-class submarine in the English Channel, tasked with destroying a Kilo-class submarine, A merchant and possibly more while in the busiest shipping lane on earth. With plenty of neutral shipping, and even a neutral submarine in there, you have to pick your fight carefully and parse through a lot of noise to find your targets.

Due to the large amount of vessels, it is choppy to run on old hardware.

so the neutral sub fires the other 71's in the game, i wondered what was going on. :steamhappy:

Unfortunately with the current torpedo bugs I can't play it since the Mk48s just randomly explode in shallow water. However I love how you set this one up and I'm looking forward to playing in whenever they finally release some patches to fix the above mentioned issues.

This was a great scenario - I really liked the story, setup and the execution. Unique and different. I fired on the Kilo at just over a mile away which caused some super tense moments when they responded with a barrage of torps back at me ! Look forward to more.

You scenario seems like it is not correctly setup. It is missing the _info.ini file in the root of the scenario mod. That causes the scenario to show up with a number instead of the full name. please fix.

The Kilo is not an SSN.
