(Recommend Revised Ver.) Signalis OST for L4D2 Campaign intros

Description
Replaces music at the start of L4D2's campaigns with Signalis tracks I figured would fit. Emphasis on figured with the Dead Center and Parish ones, forgive me.

Cues upon exiting the safe room remain but I figured an OST overhaul would be overkill, making it less of a crossover.
