One Bank of 8 SS-N-19 is replaced with SS-N-22 to have more options at closer range.

Improved Top Dome for better missile defence (better resolution, higher output, double the target and missile channels). This does not change the Top Dome for USSR Slava and Kirov, it is an addition just for this ship.
Top Pair changed for SPS-48. (only the underlying sensor, visuals are the same).

This is mostly just a test to see what and how I can change things.
