(1.16.9) All German Generals Unlocked

I know the thumbnail says 1.15 but I lost the photoshop file and I am too lazy to remake it
This mod simply adds the 16 German generals that are locked behind historical focuses to be available from the game start. This is a very lightweight mod, being only 87 KB. (Not including thumbnail.) Please note, generals such as Steiner, Dietrich & Hausser are removed during the civil war. Alexander von Falkenhausen not included, maybe I'll add him later.

The focuses will STILL say the generals will become available; This does not do anything as its just cosmetic. (The mod would become unnecessarily large if I had removed it.)
