No LOD and varied unit's size

Removes all low polygon models for better visual quality of units at a distance and applies a 15% variety to all unit's sizes.

This makes unit heights realistically uneven and aligns heroes and lords height with the corresponding models as now some unit models will have lords and heroes sizes, which are usually 15% percent larger.

Supports various mods like major reskins (Hooveric Reskin,Uniforms and Heraldry) and major new factions (TEB, Kislev, etc)

Recommended to play with my collection which addresses other battle aspects of the game.
