Player Sonar

Periodically pings player locations and displays scaled, fading HUD indicators. Indicators adjust size based on distance and can optionally show how far away they are. Players can choose to include or exclude themselves from being pinged. Admins can configure settings like ping interval and indicator duration in the "Sonar" options menu (under spawnmenu Options tab).
