Description

Barney isn't taking any chances being of being discovered and never takes off his mask. He stays hidden by remaining consistent with the other metro police, having their same animations and running footstep sounds.

This replaces Barney's model to a normal metro cop. It also replaces all of his voice lines to have a masked vocoder effect.
