What this does:

When a combine soldier or zombine dies, it now flatlines like a CP officer or the soldiers from Half-Life: Alyx.
The zombine's sound effect is more "broken" and gross sounding.
Zombine will not flatline 1/3 of the time, as their third death sound is a reused noise from standard zombies.
I do have a flatline version of that sound, but the method I use to implement it doesn't work outside of an SDK Base 2013 mod... sorry.
The radio click when a regular soldier dies is the HL2 walkie talkie, which may sound out-of-place in the episodes, so your mileage may vary.

A zombine would logically flatline, as...

The headcrab must keep blood flowing for the body to be ambulatory (note the green veins on the HL1 zombies!)
A zombine's posthuman augments are still semi-operational

A Combine and Zombine NPC mid-ragdoll (the usual scenario you'd hear their dying SFX), poorly edited to be side-by-side. The voice chat icon has been put in the lower left to indicate it is a primarily sound-based mod with no visual changes.
