Description
No more reloading on respawn!
Adds +1 to the default starting clip for all weapons that can carry one in the chamber.
adds +2 for dual weapons.

"default_clip" is fixed, Mod should work now!

Yeah "default_clip" is broken, I have opened up a bug report
