Restored Cheaple over Male_04

Description
This mod replaces Male_04 (Eric) with a recreated Full HD version of the cheaple model. The actual model has been lost to time, and is not available in any released game files, but can be seen in a 2002 screenshot of City 17, alongside Travis. I recreated the head by heavily modifying the cheaple head mesh, and then creating facial flexes for it. I hope you enjoy.
