Description

Works best with a Consul model

Replaces Breen voicelines with Consul from Beta Aesthetics 3.0[gamebanana.com]

Also replaces a few voicelines from other characters, replacing mentions of Breen with Consul.

Check the latter half of the video for a showcase. The other mod in it is Beta Intro "Port".
