Orange Collar Citizens

Description
All male and female citizens remade using the original valve mesh from the December 2022/January 2023 leaks. These guys were from 2001 and were probably the first model that came after the wasteland citizen. Might do a version that gives the citizen the factory worker colors and gives the refugees the green/orange instead of having them all be the same but for the moment this is what we've got.

okay, if white-collar workers are mental-based workers, and blue-collar workers are physical workers, Then what is an orange-collar worker?
