This is a direct port of my GMOD addon that added these voice lines.

Ever thought the overwatch voices could be worse? Well now they are!

READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING. DO NOT ASK ME TO MAKE IT FOR TF2 OR HL2 EP1/2. I DID NOT MAKE THIS.

This addon should (hopefully) work with gmod (and half life 2). I did test this addon, but i'm not sure what could happen if you have any sound addons enabled that could confilct. So, watch out for that, credit to Ronald Hamrák and noclick for the *og* cursed voicelines, and go crazy.
