Synth Frackin Universe Patch

Description
Pretty Basic patch I made since there wasn't one in the workshop.

This is my first time making a mod, so it's simple and probably not balanced compared to other races.

As seen in one of the images, the race details on the Personal Tricoder are not shown, this however has no impact on the stats.

Yeah, I didn't want to make them too drastic for the weapons, just because I felt it would kinda force you to a specific playstyle

Looks pretty balance in the perks. The weapon perks seem a bit mediocre but that's not a bad thing.
