About
This map was created for the Map Labs Episode One challenge in 2019.

I've decided to make some slight touch ups to it and upload it to the workshop.

It is roughly around 10-15 minutes long, and features an Episode 1 theme set in the forests beyond City-17.

I may also release a reworked and reimagined version of this in the future.

Im trying to stream every single half life 2 maps
and this map gets a

I encountered a weird bug with the final encounter, one of the hunters got stuck in its spawn tunnel and it took a good 5 minutes for it to walk into view and attack me, which absolutely ruined the pacing of the final fight.

Otherwise, this was a pretty alright short map. Kinda wish there was some dialogue with the Rebels when you encounter them.

I remember this entry, was pretty good. Since you might rework it, I hope you add stronger fog, sicne that feels like missing from presentation.
