Description
A series of missions set in a hypothetical 1983 where soviet american relations have warmed significantly. in an attempt to foster further unity and peace between their nations, the soviets have been invited to participate in a multitude of wholly fictional exercises involving ships that actually participated in FleetEx 83' or were in the region during that period. Some vessels are placeholders
