Description
The US Navy has been destroyed. Russian forces stationed at Cuba move to secure the Vital Chesapeake Bay cutting Washigton off from the world. The USS New Jersey a museum ship based in the Baltimore Harbor is quickly refitted and reactived along with other ships of the moth ball fleet. It is up to them to repell the attempt to close off the bay and keep D.C connected to the world.
