Silly Wheelchair from AM2 WheelZ (NO SPAWNS)

Description
Removes spawns from planetalgol's "Apocalypse Machines 2: WheelZ" mod so you can restrict everything to admin only.
Also an edited texture for the wheelchair, and some silly changes to the wheelchair's parameters.
I uploaded this mod just so we could put Grandpa Sid in a wheelchair and use him as bait to attract zombies.

me game just crashed when i spawn it lol cursed wheel chair

It's been a while since I played PZ since posting this mod, but I believe the wheelchair and scooter are named "Patriot" and "Eagle" - if that helps!
Also, this mod was made for B41 and I have no clue if it works in B42.

For some reason I can spawn everything except the wheelchair and mobility scooter. What am I doing wrong
