"Don't ♥♥♥♥ with this senator!"

Replaces Wallace Breen with the iconic Senator Armstrong from the game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. This is my first model replacement mod for Half Life 2. Did this today with a help of a friend, and it was a pain in the ass. But I've finally finished it, I know it's not perfect but I have plans to update it in case this mod peforms well I don't want to suffer more.


Mod includes:

- Fancy materials (materials not by me)

- Armstrong himself

- Moving eyes

- Expressions
