This is a water retexture that kinda spoofs the water in the game up like in half life 2 the coast levels
and other water maps that are hl2

NOTE: This may break reflections in custom maps with water

Rude :( it's a good texture it just doesn't seem to work on every expensive water surface for some reason. I'm sure it's fixable
