Description
The Citizen

The citizen is designed to be a civillian character who can be used as crowd filler akin to SMB's Shy guys. This is my first attempt at a TF2 styled character (this was made before the clone trooper) so if you wish to enhance or modify it to better fit your needs, be my guest.

They look more like hostages—can’t even imagine if TF2 had a hostage rescue mode like Counter-Strike.
