Never made any sense to me why the Fast Zombie was naked, so I made this in about a day.

Features:
A Fast Zombie with some decency
Torso and legs/gibs
Episodic animations
No more silly cables
Reskin compatible
Two versions to pick from (Refugee or Citizen)
