Scavenging Vessel (Starting/Starter Ship)

Description
A small vessel with a mining laser and manipulator beam. Goes up to 77m/s and makes quick work of shipwrecks and asteroids. Unmodified it can hold up to 4800$ worth of copper. Crew by default are banned from gathering or mining rescources, keep that in mind if you want to remove the manipulator beam or mining laser.
