Remade 2003 Beta Clamp Citadel

This was a collaboration with RizGBlue in order to make a thing, do check his stuff out.
ABOUT
Hello! It's been some time. I've been hard at work on some other addons, so do bear with me. I recently collaborated with Riz presenting the idea of recreating an old and niche citadel from Beta Half-Life 2, IE the Clamp Citadel.

We both did our parts, me providing the model from VMF to MDL, and him texturing the diffuse and selffillum(I tried to somewhat do a normalmap, do forgive me) and in the long run, hopefully the effort in this has been worth it.
CONTEXT
The Clamp Citadel was a variation of the Citadel made in September 2002, ending being used in maps of March 2003. The design included a circular citadel with depots circling one half of it.
