Description
Disables all AI factions on game start, as well as disabling the ability for the AI to create factions later on. Constantly keeps factions disabled for the entirety of the game, even preventing focus tree factions from properly forming

Mod breaks Denmarks "Denmark First focus" and disables it to get rid of its neutrality when you dont play as Denmark. So no easy nordic unification while playing as Finland, Norway or Sweden.

You should consider adjusting the corresponding national focuses. Countries try to form or join their alliances in a loop.
