Soldier/Police Finger Animation Fix

Description
Allows custom Combine Soldier/Metropolice models to have 5 fingers animated instead of the usual 3 that HL2 allows.

This addon works with both base Half-Life 2 and episodes.

This replaces the animation files for the soldiers and police, so if you have any other animation replacements then expect them to conflict with this addon.

And also hello to @epicplayer40!

Just curious, since you made a finger animation fix for the enemies (in HL2 at least), any chance you could make a playermodel finger animation for Garry's Mod? I made a post about the fingers in Garry's Mod a couple of months ago (this addon about fixing the enemy fingers wasn't in the workshop back then).

yoo really cool addon, i was wondering if i could use this in my HL2 mod (with credit of course)? i'm using higher poly models and they're having this issue. if you wanna look it up its called Iron Cynic, i would send a link here but that feels like icky advertising.
