Diving Suit Sound Enhancements

This mod attempts to add gender-based breathing sfx by using existing assets in the game and also fixes the 2nd loop (water-bubble sfx) that used to play everywhere regardless if you were underwater or not.
Also as a bonus the Diving Masks got their own sounds as well.

NEW: It adds breathing sounds for humanhusks wearing diving suits as well!

I'm aware that a Lua mod that attempts to do something of similar concept exists but I wanted to make my own take at it as well.
This mod is XML, so it won't work with other mods that also override Diving Suits.
