There should be a retail version to make it more consistent with the retail version of Black Mesa since i'm not a fan of Half-Life Games/Mods being inconsistent since it doesn't make sense that things magically change in different characters' eyes

I didn't actually know that the location in that speech was Black Mesa. I always assumed it was his "Office"

For those getting the yellow triggers, load a save from before you get to this map (the turret defence area) If you load anything after, it won't work
