Description
The Soviet Union decided to get involved in the protection of civilian units falling victim to the Iraq-Iran war and the attempted blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Take command of a surface Task Force and provide protection for civilian traffic

The HY-2 sites face north instead of towards your convoy.
