Hi,

In the _info.ini file this line is missing at the beginning, before the Name and Description fields:
[Language_en]

This causes it to not appear correctly in the mods list.

I've tried to fix it on my computer, but Steam has a bad habit of every so often restoring the mod undoing the changes.

Could you please fix this?
