This mod fixes Metrocop's poorly textured glove and adds a boot sole onto the texture that was completely missing before

well, not technically a fix as it's changing more than just the stuff that's objectively messed up but It's supposed to be incredibly close to the original and I personally think it's far better than the original texture because it's not as blurry anymore. https://gamebanana.com/mods/488599

my gamebanana page has a fix for the combine shotgunner with dirty textures for episode 2. it's not on the workshop because the episode 2 skin would break

the lighting looks vaguely better because i also changed the material settings in the vmt. that's it unless I make an update
