Situation Overview:
The U.S. Navy is tasked with securing Atlantis in the Bahamas for artifact extraction. Opposition from the SCP Foundation and Global Occult Coalition (GOC) has led to the assembly of a multinational task force, primarily Soviet- naval assets. Maintain naval dominance and conduct operations per Presidential orders. Avoid firing unless provoked.

- Primary Asset: USS New Jersey (BB-62)

- Covert Recon: USS New York City (SSN-696)

Action Plan

1. Maintain Control of Atlantis:
- Establish defensive perimeters around the extraction zone.
- Deploy CAP and ASW patrols from USS Nimitz.

2. Shelling Mission:
- TF-13.1 proceeds under stealth to Samana Cays to destroy Site 5.
- USS New Jersey leads the bombardment with support.

3. Submarine Reconnaissance:
- USS New York City tracks enemy submarine movements and ensures fleet safety.

4. Engagement Protocol:
- Only engage if fired upon. Focus on neutralizing immediate threats.
