Swapped Pistol Firing Sounds

Description
Basically swaps arounds the 9MM Pistol's NPC (third person) firing sound with the player (first person) one (with minor tweaks), IMO I always felt the player variant sounded weak and pathetic compard the NPC one which felt more punchy and impactful.
