Orion Starts at war with Carcassonne.

Description
In vanilla you start with a non-aggression pact and a military access pact.
I detested this as it enforced a 20 turn wait before I could stab the floaty wench without incurring diplomatic penalties- 10 turns to cancel the agreement, 10 turns after to wait.

Anyhoo now on a NEW GAME start, Carcassonne will declare war on Talsyn, meaning you as the player do not suffer any reliability penalties and can march on the Fey Enchantresses undefended castle.

(Heckin Orion, peace with Paravonne) is not compatible - but is very easy to combine the two in one mod and have both effects should you so desire.

As the floaty wench player I love this because I hate letting that knife ear orion kill quenelles. Great mod
