[Swelter] Enhanced BTR-70

The addition includes the BTR-70 model from the "Swelter" modification with some changes. I tried to bring the model to a more realistic sample, for this purpose its size was changed, and several more color options were added on my own.

The model also includes:
├ Wheel bodygroups (Empty, Normal and Deflated)
├ Turret bodygroup (Empty, +prop)
└ Multiple colors (Due to the absence of identification marks, they are universal)

( P.S. If it seems to you that the model is slightly too big, I recommend using the Resizer tool )
