Alternate Shotgunner Textures

Description
Replaces the Shotgunner textures with custom very low-effort versions I made for myself.

The main differences is that Prison Guards now have their own unique shotgunner texture, and shotgunners now look closer to their fellow soldiers, just with red camo instead of blue, and no longer are a different rank.

since i'm just changing the existing textures, this shouldn't break the ep2 shotgunners, yeah
