[1.9] More Social Hierarchies (WIP)

Description
Version: 0.3

This is a small mod which adds 9 new social hierarchies based on the laws a country has. At the moment most of these hierarchies have no mechanics and are just for flavor, but I want to give them effects so that it makes sense to switch between them to get an advantage in different situations. If enough people find this mod and like it, I will try to extend it with more complex mechanics, laws and events.

New social hierarchies:
  • Theocratic - needs: Theocracy and State Religion
  • Feudalistic - needs: Traditionalism or Agrarianism + Autocracy or Landed Voting
  • Technocratic - needs: Technocracy + Command Economy or Interventionism
  • Corpocratic - needs: Laissez Faire + Commercialized Agriculture + Technocracy or Oligarchy or Corporatocracy
  • Militantic - needs: Professional Army + Militarized Police or Dedicated Police + National Guard + Autocracy or Oligarchy or Single Party State
  • Syndicratic - needs: Elected Bureaucrats + Council Republic or Corporate State
  • Stalinistic - needs: Command Economy + Autocracy or Oligarchy or Single Party State
  • Communistic - needs: Council Republic
  • Anarchistic - needs: Anarchy

The laws are passed automatically when the conditions are met. The check takes place once a month.

Note:

@GodwinMarcelle I understand the approach. But the technocrat movement was based more on the idea that academics should manage the economy and therefore favoured a planned or state-led system. It was only later that there were also technocratic systems that tried out the cooperative approach.

Therefore, the basic movement was more hierarchical top-down than democratic bottom-up.

But I understand what you mean and I have had the idea of mixed forms of the ‘extreme’ or ‘pure’ basic forms for a while. What you describe would then be a mixture of technocratic and probably syndicratic.

Perhaps it would make sense for the Technocratic system to also have an "or cooperative ownership" tacked on. That can make as much sense for a traditional technocracy as a command economy; both are presumptive that the people in charge of an economy know the individual matters they're talking about.
Maybe just in the Hierarchies only submod if you feel that doesn't make sense for your seemingly more science fiction idea for the mechanics.

It's not. Don't believe everything you read on Wikipedia it's usually written by people who hang out all day on reddit
