This is a submod for Skadi the Corrupting Heart, providing players with a Champion-level quest to quickly experience the exclusive boss battle. The quest unlocks after defeating the elite-level Drowned Crew.
Additionally, this page serves to supplement details about the major November 2024 update, “Connected by Blood,” for the base mod.
If you encounter any bugs or have suggestions, feel free to share them in the comments.

Please ensure your [Settings] - [Other] - [Additional Dialog Time (seconds)] is set to 0.00 (default value) to ensure smooth animations!!!
During the boss fight, do not use external modifiers to adjust combat speed. If using combat speed mods (e.g., Exaelus' Arduous Edition Mod, which includes 1.2X speed), enable the compatibility mods listed at the top.
For the best audiovisual experience, enable in-game sound effects.





· Note: Skadi the Corrupting Heart must be in your roster for this quest!
· As a variant of the Seaborn, the Firstborn possesses advanced adaptive abilities, dynamically evolving based on the battlefield situation. Its evolution has no upper limit.
· Unique Mechanic: The Firstborn can identify its “kin” afflicted by the disease Connected by Blood and will respond accordingly.
· Speech: With some clever techniques, we’ve implemented monster dialogue for the first time.
· Rewards: Defeating the Firstborn yields a serum to “cure” Connected by Blood and several powerful, distinctive trinkets.
