Description
A more scaled-down version for the alternative gamer.

This overwrites combine soldier speed just for the elite, so normal soldiers have whatever speed mods they normally have.

Please post on my profile if you have questions, feedback, or bug reports for a certain mod. I'm not getting notifications and I have too many to manually check.

Install the two mods, and place the elite one below the regular one.
