2006-Style Jalopy

Description
The early style Jalopy model extracted from the 2006 Episode 2 map pack from here: https://hl2-beta.ru/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=199;language=english

I take no credit for the model, all I did was copy it from the mappack into retail Episode 2.

The collision model is very basic and some animations don't line up perfectly, but I haven't run into any big issues testing it so far.

Make sure to start a new game with this enabled rather than loading an old save.
