I think they should all do something. maybe having X ideology just affect max or min relations with a country with Y ideology.

For some reason the mod just doesn't work for me, there are no ideologies :/

@TheGZeus Some of them have minuses and pluses, for example bonus for building, bonus for general attack etc. I made bonuses for some of them but i am not sure if should i make bonuses for all of them or without bonuses. What do you think?
