A Cold War Suez Crisis

Description
Two Soviet Battle Groups are moving towards the busy Eastern Mediterranean sea, planning to invade the Suez Canal. In order to seize the Canal and break NATO supply lines. NATO forces and an U.S. CVBG are ready to counter the openning move of the Warschau Pact. (New upload since last one was faulty)

It is not the mission. The SM2 missiles miss too often and you are not utilising the means that are given to you, E3. Put some Air search radar on and set you TF on air defence weapons free.
Launch E2 from carrier etc.
Tip: you are being observed from very close by.

Bad news. I started to play it and the first wave of Soviet missiles flew right over the 4 ship Maritime Patrol and onto my CV group. Neither of my 2 groups fired off a defensive missile at the swarm. Radars were on and weapons were free, but not a one lit off and the CV was quickly dead when the swarm arrived. I've never had this happen before, played lots of missions, so I have to say the problem is likely in the mission itself. But I'm very computer illiterate, so who knows. It looks like a great mission, so I'll keep checking to see if you get it resolved. Thanks regardless.
