Description
Somewhat short to medium length mission. This will be a part of my 1975 Korean War restart campaign.

Set during the fictional re-ignition of the Korean War in 1975, Operation Twilight Spear tasks you with intercepting and destroying a North Korean Yankee-class ballistic missile submarine before it can carry out its deadly mission. Operating under the cover of dusk, a quickly assembled task force must find and intercept the Yankee submarine while facing 2 to 5 Romeo-class submarine escorts, hostile MiG air patrols, and a Surface group patrolling off in the distance.

You command a task force featuring 4 surface ships, with an attack submarine that's racing to the area. Lots of enemy units are RNG to change up the mission a little bit each time.

This includes 2 versions of the mission. Same Objectives.

2 Star Difficulty Mission
Task Force:
Adams Class (Early) Destroyer
Gearing-Class FRAM 1 Destroyer
Coontz-Class Destroyer
Knox-class Frigate (A single ASW Helicopter is at your disposal, but beware enemy air patrols.)
Skipjack-Class Attack Submarine

3 Star Difficulty Mission
Task Force:
Adams Class (Early) Destroyer
2 Gearing-Class FRAM 1 Destroyers
Coontz-Class Destroyer
Skipjack-Class Attack Submarine

In this version the Knox class Frigate is removed and replaced with another Gearing-class FRAM I destroyer. Snook is also moved a little closer to provide earlier support as a spotter. Sea state has been reduced to 3, you can hear them easier, but they can hear you easier too. Air patrols and assets are reduced some. This was the original design and wanted to have a bit of a knife fight to engage these subs with the ASW Destroyers that needed to get close. ASW Helicopters make it a little easier to safely engage the sub fleet. This gives a fun challenge and a nail biting experience with the amount of wake torpedos you will face. Same objectives, higher risk.

Mission Objectives:

Primary Objective: Locate and destroy the Yankee-class ballistic missile submarine.
Secondary Objective: Neutralize the Romeo-class submarines if they pose a direct threat to your task force.
Tertiary Objective: Do not lose one ship in your task force.

Current issues:
Attack sub decides it wants to surface or go to periscope depth and slow to ⅓. You want to set it to run very deep and run full (20 Kt/s)
